If there’s one thing that stands out the most and has us most excited about the upcoming Blade Runner 2049, it’s Denis Villeneuve and Roger Deakins‘ visuals.

The first teaser trailer of the film gave us a look at Ryan Gosling‘s LAPD officer meeting Harrison Ford‘s Deckard, set among dusty, burnt orange locations and futuristic cityscapes beaming with misty white lights. If anything, this movie is going to look damn good, and two new one sheets from the film help promise that.

The official Twitter account for the movie debuted two posters on Thursday morning. One finds Ford‘s Deckard aimless roaming (and looking a little lost) in the wasteland teased in the first footage.

The second one sheet finds Gosling‘s Officer K looking quite mysterious and Bond-like beside a futuristic car. Too bad 95 percent of Gosling is swallowed up by the high collar of his coat.

Blade Runner 2049 will also star Robin Wright, Edward James Olmos reprising his role as Gaff, Dave BautistaMackenzie Davis, Jared Leto Carla Juri, Ana de Armas and Sylvia Hoeks. Here’s the full synopsis:

Thirty years after the events of the first film, a new blade runner, LAPD Officer K (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what’s left of society into chaos. K’s discovery leads him on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford), a former LAPD blade runner who has been missing for 30 years.

We haven’t heard a ton of new developments about the film lately, but expect to learn more next week. Ford and Gosling will be joined by Villeneuve next Monday for a live Q&A with fans on the film’s Facebook page. Stay tuned for whatever developments come out of that until Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters October 6.
