We've been waiting for 'Breaking Bad' all spring, taking whatever little scraps of casting, tweets, and set videos we could get our hands on. But now it seems that AMC has finally cooked us up a fresh batch! Walter White's famous recipe for the show has an official premiere date this summer, alongside AMC's other returning shows and one new unscripted series. But when do we get a taste?

This summer, AMC is the one who knocks, but only to deliver good news! Walter and Jesse will return to TV when 'Breaking Bad' premieres its fifth season on Sunday, July 15 at 10:00 p.m.! The initial run of 'Breaking Bad's' final season will consist of eight episodes, with the final eight to air sometime in 2013. The announcement comes just days after the show cooked up its first real bit of gossip in casting 'Friday Night Lights' and 'Battleship' star Jesse Plemons as Todd, a "dependable, innocuous, working-class guy [whose] character may not be what he appears to be.”

Immediately following 'Breaking Bad' at 11 will be the debut of AMC's latest reality series 'Small Town Security,' which follows a a small, family-owned private security company located in rural Georgia.

Also returning to the network for an additional 10-episode season is the modest period hit 'Hell on Wheels,' which will follow its more successful cousin by premiering the week after 'Breaking Bad' wraps up its eight episodes, on Sunday August 12 at 9:00 p.m.

Good to know just when to get our labs ready for 'Breaking Bad' season 5!  We're twitching like meth-heads in wait, but are you excited to have 'Hell on Wheels' back as well? Tell us what you're most excited to see from AMC's summer lineup in the comments!
