Kellan Lutz might not be the highest profile handsome face of the 'Twilight' saga, but he certainly puts himself out there plenty more than Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner.  So while you're not likely to catch R. Pattz popping up on 'Family Guy,' or even a Time Warner Cable commercial, you can count on Kellan Lutz to pick up the slack.

EW is reporting exclusively that 'Family Guy' (when they're not busy firing off letters complaining about 'Community' Emmys) is about to get your blood pumping with an appearance by 'Twilight' star Kellan Lutz.  According to 'Family Guy' executive producer Mark Hentemann, Lutz voices a stud on the high-school football team who is the subject of Meg’s “Burt Bacharach-backed sexual fantasies.”

Hentemann also goes on to clarify of the role that Lutz' character does eventually agree to go on a date with Meg “but he’s interested in another member of the Griffin family — and it’s not one of the women.  What's the over-under on Brian, or Stewie, everyone?

The episode will air this fall during 'Family Guy's 11th season, as Hentemann finally concludes that Lutz “got into the role and walked that line perfectly. He was great. He was very handsome.”

What say you?  Will Lutz be a good fit for 'Family Guy?  Do you even still watch?  Let us know what you think in the comments below!
