When we saw the initial teaser for Disney's 'Into the Woods' movie, the thing that was missing from our first peek at the upcoming musical was the actual, you know, musical part. But thanks to this new featurette on the film, we can hear bits and pieces of the songs from the adaptation of the classic musical, from the mouths of stars like Meryl Streep and Anna Kendrick.

While we still don't have a full trailer yet, we do have this new featurette, featuring interviews with the cast of 'Into the Woods,' the new musical film from Rob Marshall. Marshall also helmed 'Chicago,' so he knows a thing or two about bringing a classic stage musical to the big screen, and we're confident in his ability to take this one to some great places.

In addition to interviews with the cast, you'll also hear them singing bits of the songs penned by Steven Sondheim, like "I Wish," and Meryl Streep's witch character singing "Stay With Me." Fans of the musical should be pleased, but newcomers will also hopefully find something equally intriguing here, too.

In 'Into the Woods,' Streep's witch sets about trying to teach valuable lessons to familiar storybook characters like Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, and Rapunzel, among others, in this twisty, musical take on old classics. The film stars Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine, Johnny Depp, James Corden, and Tracey Ullman, and hits theaters on December 25.
