'Mad Men''s seventh and final season teaser brought on the usual conspiracy theories with which to relentlessly scrutinize the most mundane of images, but the fans are going to have an actual trip with this one. Check out the 'Mad Men' season 7 poster, with a psychedelic design by none other than iconic artist Milton Glaser!

Much like the previous year's poster took on a surreal, artistic tone, our most colorful look yet at the final season of AMC's Emmy-winning 'Mad Men' is ... well, we're not sure. There's a great deal of color, and the vibe certainly fits with the period drama's ascent into the latter years of the '60s, but what are we looking at here? Will Don Draper drop LSD with Roger Sterling this year? Shall we assume the woman in the image is Sharon Tate Megan, drinking a poisoned glass?

Take it away, Matthew Weiner!

There is a dreamlike quality to it, and believe it or not, it is related to the show, and not because it’s psychedelic. That’s not what it’s about. What it’s about is the material and the immaterial world, and that’s what I loved.

This is related to the late ’60s, which is all I will say about it. It maintains the idea that this is somehow going on in Don Draper’s mind, which is what the story is always about — and what the back of his head is about, on some level.

Sigh, alright then. The final season of 'Mad Men' will premiere on AMC April 13, though remember that we'll only get seven episodes this year, with the final seven to air around the same time in 2015, thanks to the network's crafty extension plan. In the meantime, check out the 'Mad Men' season 7 poster in its entirety below, and give us your interpretations in the comments!
