Did you guess that NBC’s “Throw Naked Jaimie Alexander in a Bag, Then Have Her Beat People Up” would prove a reasonable hit? It’s your lucky day! After a reasonable ratings start to the season NBC has officially given Blindspot an additional nine episodes for a full-season order through May 2016.

No doubt owing to its provocative concept and its Bourne meets Blacklist premise, NBC’s Blindspot garnered a cool 10.6 million viewers in its initial airing, and has been averaging around 9.6 million viewers, including same-day. In addition to benefiting from The Voice as a lead-in, Blindspot became the fall’s number one new show among adults 18-49.

For those unfamiliar beyond “Jaimie Alexander Nude in a Bag,” Blindspot stars the aforementioned Thor and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. alum as an amnesiac Jane Doe recovered with tattoos all over her body that point the way to various crimes and conspiracies. The series also stars Sullivan Stapleton, Marianne Jean-Baptiste, Rob Brown, Audrey Esparza, Ukweli Roach and Ashley Johnson.

In the meantime, Blindspot continually airs on Mondays on NBC at 10:00 P.M. Will there be additional bags with which to crawl out of through the first season? Only time tells, friend.
