Missing ‘Terminator 3′ Star Nick Stahl Found, Enters Rehab
After being missing for more than a week, 'Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines' star Nick Stahl has resurfaced -- and checked himself into rehab.
The 32-year-old actor's wife, Rose Murphy, filed a missing persons report on May 14. The couple has only been married for three years but they were already separated, reportedly because of Stahl's substance abuse issues, with Rose filing court papers in January requesting Stahl only be allowed limited access to their toddler daughter.
It was because of those drug and alcohol problems that Rose became alarmed when Stahl dropped off the radar, telling People, "He could have overdosed, that's one thought. And I'm wondering if there will be a body recovered."
But on Friday night, Stahl sent an "unemotional and unapologetic email" to friends saying he would be checking into rehab. And, true to his word, he did just that the following day.
In a statement on Twitter, Rose said in part, "There is safety & even some comfort now ... There are questions and details that I didn't ask and don't need to know. I don't have details ... Today is a new day. I'm more than relieved. Healing! Love for all."
