Legendary musician and former Beatle Paul McCartney has made his directorial debut with the short film 'My Valentine,' starring Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp.

The short, based on an idea from McCartney's daughter Stella, features Natalie Portman and Johnny Depp in black and white split screen, translating the lyrics to "My Valentine" with sign language. Depp also has a guitar solo that he contributes to the middle of the song.

According to Deadline, 'My Valentine' is attached to the film 'Intouchables,' a French film the Weinstein Company is distributing in US theaters this Friday. 'Intouchables,' from directors Olivier Nakache and Eric Toledano, tells the story of a man from the projects sent to care for a quadriplegic and the unlikely bond the pair form.
