Louie, Louie, Louie, Louie... Louie, Louie, you're going live! In what could conceivably be either the best, or worst idea in the show's recent history, 'Saturday Night Live' has announced its latest host to be none other than the unstoppable Louis C.K.,fresh off his two Emmy wins for the acclaimed FX dramedy 'Louie.' Hilarious in his own right but questionable when it comes to characters, the upcoming episode will certainly arrive with plenty of buzz, but when? And what musician will accompany the comedian?

Louis C.K. might be on top of the world right now, between sold-out comedy tours and Emmy wins for both 'Louie' and his 'Live at the Beacon Theatre' special, but is he ready for 'SNL'? That will be the big question on everyone's minds November 3, when the comedian takes hosting duties for the first time alongside musical guest Fun.

This past Saturday's double-fronted Bruno Mars effort proved to be of mixed success, leaving us to wonder how C.K. might fare given his best material comes from his own unique brand of humor rather than any individual characters.

At the very least, it will be nice to have Louis C.K. back on TV so soon, as the comedian recently announced that FX's 'Louie' would go on hiatus until 2014 to allow him to re-charge his batteries creatively.

Well, what say you? How do you think Louis C.K. will fare as the host of 'SNL' when he takes the stage on November 3?
