AMC martial arts drama Into the Badlands managed to eke out a second season some time after the first came to a close, and makes sense that Season 2 would look to turn a few more heads. Enter the next great formidable fighter to join the cast as … Nick Frost … joins the regular cast. Really!

‘Doctor Who’ must seemingly always contend with rumors of its current cast departing, and though Peter Capaldi has been confirmed at least for a second year as the regenerating Time Lord, less certain is the fate of Jenna Coleman’s Clara. Certainly not helping matters is the official title for the 2014 Christmas special, which along with a new poster, teases that someone will be having their “Last Christmas!”

Though not even yet Thanksgiving, ‘Doctor Who’ already has us in the Christmas spirit with the season 8 finale tease of Nick Frost’s take on jolly old St. Nick, er…Father Christmas, Santa, what-have-you. A ways back we heard through the grapevine that 'Shaun of the Dead' stars and frequent Edgar Wright collaborators Simon Pegg and Nick Frost would reprise their 'Dead' roles for the Disney Channel's upcoming 'Phineas and Ferb' Halloween special, and the Eve approaches.
