Details of DC’s digital streaming service are finally emerging from the swamp. Not only has the new network confirmed a “DC Universe” name with first looks at Titans, Harley Quinn and more, but a Swamp Thing series with Aquaman director James Wan has entered the pool.
It was over a year ago that Young Justice fans first learned Season 3 was go; finally offering relief from Season 2’s 2013 finale. Viewers will be in for their own five-year time jump, however, as executive producer Greg Weisman confirms Young Justice: Outsiders won’t premiere for about another year.

We’d been wondering what would become of Young Justice Season 3, to say nothing of DC’s long-defunct live-action Titans series, and now both have been scheduled in one fell swoop. Not only will both arrive in 2018, but Titans and Young Justice: Outsiders will spearhead a new DC-branded digital service.
Warner Bros. hasn’t come forth with many details beyond the initial Young Justice Season 3 announcement, but it looks like the team is reassembling regardless. Aqualad voice and Walking Dead star Khary Payton hints that recording has begun, placing us one step closer to Young Justice’s return.
