The modern animated fare of Disney and Dreamworks are no stranger to TV series tie-ins, but rarely to the film’s stars get Tangled up in the effort. The Disney Channel has done exactly that however, roping in Zachary Levi and Mandy Moore for a new Tangled series to debut in 2017.

Pushing dangerously past the point of pranking shelf-life, NBC’s Heroes Reborn continues to insist on itself as an actual thing that will exist on television. Now with Upfronts 2015 in play, the network’s most elaborate joke even has his own photos, and a tentative weekly scheduling for the fall.

Initially announced at the 2014 Sochi Olympics, NBC’s Heroes Reborn has had something of a staggered development, between Jack Coleman’s return as Noah Bennett, Chuck star Zachary Levi’s addition, and, well … that’s it. Until now! Once Upon a Time and Pirates star Robbie Kay has joined the Heroes cast, cementing that this thing is definitely still happening. Really!

We recently reported that James Gunn and Marvel were testing a handful of actors for the lead in 'Guardians of the Galaxy,' but now the director is saying you shouldn't believe everything you read because those reports are not accurate.

Recently we reported that James Gunn's 'Guardians of the Galaxy' was testing five actors for the lead. Joel Edgerton, Jack Huston, Jim Sturgess, Lee Pace and Eddie Redmayne were all up for the role of Peter Quill, a half-human, half-alien who brings the Guardians together. It now looks like the race is down to two people: Jim Sturgess and new contender Zachary Levi.

Now that 'Chuck' is over, it makes star Zachary Levi a free agent (as it were), and it looks like Marvel has their eyes on him to co-star in 'Thor 2.' Josh Dallas had to leave the film because of a television commitment, and Levi is their go-to to replace him.
