With two Pixar films in theaters this year, we have been truly blessed. After the success of this summer’s delightfully clever Inside Out, this fall brings the long-developing The Good Dinosaur to the big screen, and the latest clip from the upcoming animated adventure features some very familiar Pixar feelings.

That was misleading — you won’t see Joy or Sadness in the new clip above, but you will see some of the wonder, visual beauty and small character moments we’ve come to associate with the world of Pixar. The clip features young Arlo learning a lesson from his dad about fear: “You have to get through your fear to see the beauty on the other side.” That beauty is a field of fireflies, a moment those who have seen the trailer will recognize immediately, as it’s perhaps the loveliest and most striking moment we’ve seen so far.

“The Good Dinosaur” asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct? Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.

The Good Dinosaur features the voice talents of Steve Zahn, Jeffrey Wright, Anna Paquin, Sam Elliott, Frances McDormand and AJ Buckley, and hits theaters on November 25.
