Former 'SNL' star and beloved funnygirl Kristen Wiig is headed back to Springfield, having last lent her voice to 'The Simpsons' season 22 episode "Flaming Moe" as hippie music teacher Ms. Juniper. This time around, we've learned from Entertainment Weekly that Wiig will appear in the upcoming 25th season as an FBI agent for a fall episode.

The episode in question, "Homerland" sees Homer acting strangely polite after returning from a nuclear power plant convention, to which a suspicious Lisa tasks an intense FBI agent (Wiig) to help her solve the mystery.

‘The Simpsons’ season 25 will also feature appearances from 'Mad Men's Elisabeth Moss, comic legend Stan Lee, as well as ‘The Newsroom‘ creator and acclaimed writer Aaron Sorkin, while cartoon rival Seth MacFarlane's appearance was moved up to the current season finale.
