What is a gaming console without a handful of accessories to help augment one's gaming experience, right? To that end, Microsoft has unveiled images of the Xbox One's Chat Headset and Play & Charge Kit.

The Chat Headset is black, sleek and matches the the Xbox One's new style. According to its description on the official Xbox site, the headset will feature wideband digital audio and a unidirectional microphone.

Official Xbox Magazine's forum mod Kernow tweeted Xbox Support, asking whether or not the headset would come standard with the console. Unfortunately, this was the reply:

The new Play & Charge Kit will include a lithium ion battery pack that fits inside the Xbox One's controller, as well as a charging cable, much like the Xbox 360's Play & Charge Kit. This sucker will get fully charged in under four hours, and will charge while it's plugged into the console during gameplay. If you're like us, you'll probably leave it plugged in at all times. You will be able to buy the Play & Charge Kit separately or bundled with an Xbox One Wireless Controller.

What do you think about the new accessories for Xbox One? Love 'em? Hate 'em? Let us know in the comments!
