'Bates Motel' Posters: A&E's 'Psycho' Prequel Gets Even More CreepyKevin Fitzpatrick |
Even though we've yet to see a real trailer, and have to wait all the way until March 18 for the official premiere, every subsequent piece of A&E's forthcoming 'Psycho' prequel TV series 'Bates Motel' has us more and more addictively unnerved. Last week we saw some creepy new promos, and got a scoop on the series straight from the cast and crew at the TCA press tour, but are you ready for the latest 'Bates Motel' horror? Check out the creepy new posters inside!
Set to premiere on Monday, March 18, A&E's 'Bates Motel' will re-define Norman Bates as we know him, chronicling the 'Psycho' killer's early days alongside his infamous mother. With Freddie Highmore as Norman and Vera Farmiga as his mother Norma Bates, 'Bates Motel' gets more and more unsettling the more we see of the series.
To that end, A&E and TVLine have released five creepy new posters for the series, each of which tie into the unnerving teasers we've already seen. Death, dismemberment and torture abound, while also present is the inclusion of Norman's young friend Emma, who plays a vital role in the 10-episode season.
In addition to Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga as the titular Bates clan, the series also includes Max Thieriot as long-lost Bates brother Dylan, ‘LOST’s’ Nestor Carbonell as “edgy” Sheriff Alex Romero, Mike Vogell as his deputy Zach Shelby, Olivia Cooke as Norman’s handicapped friend Emma Decody (seen in the first poster), and ‘The Last Airbender’s’ Nicola Peltz as high school it-girl Bradley. ‘LOST’s’ Carlton Cuse acts as showrunner to the series, with ‘Friday Night Lights’ scribe Kerry Ehrin writing.
Check out the creepy new posters for 'Bates Motel' below, and tell us in the comments if you'll tune in for the March 18 premiere!
