Given that 'Parks and Recreation' season 5 finale "Are You Better Off?" ended on a mild cliffhanger that implied Lucy Lawless' Ron Swanson-ladyfriend Diane would take on a much more prominent role going forward, we're glad to see season 6 will keep Baby Swanson on track. Lawless will return for the 'Parks and Recreation' season 6 premiere, but how involved will she be going forward?

Via Entertainment Weekly, Lawless remains signed for at least the one-hour September 26 premiere in London, though producers hope to bring back the former 'Xena' star for additional episodes going forward. One would certainly hope, considering the likely mustachioed Baby Swanson set to emerge over the course of the season.

Lawless joins fellow ‘Parks and Recreation’ season 6 guest stars as Sam Elliott, supermodel Heidi Klum, Kristen Bell, and Henry Winkler as Jean-Ralphio (Ben Schwartz)’s father. The hour-long September 26 premiere will venture to London largely to accommodate star Chris Pratt’s shooting role in Marvel’s ‘Guardians of the Galaxy,’ while the latest episodes will continue the many threads started by last season’s finale, Tom’s mysterious “Rent-a-Swag” competitor, Ann’s desire for a baby, and April’s move to veterinary school.

Well, what say you? Are you glad to see Lucy Lawless returning to 'Parks and Recreation,' if only for a little while? What othrer characters would you want to see picked up in season 6?
