We’ll only have three or so episodes to spend together when Arrow, Flash and Legends of Tomorrow crossover with Supergirl, and we’d be happy to spend all three with the disparate personalities paling around. It may take some time to get there, however, as producers say not everyone from the Arrow-verse will be so excited to meet the Girl of Steel.

We still don’t know the exact setup that brings Kara Danvers into the Arrow-verse (she unfortunately won’t stick around), but it’s certainly going to be an adjustment for most of the CW’s DC heroes, to meet a real-live alien. Diggle may have a more visceral reaction (and Sara Lance heart-eyes), but according to executive producer Andrew Kreisberg (via EW), it’s Oliver Queen who won’t be so welcoming of their Super-guest:

Part of Oliver’s [Stephen Amell] journey in those episodes is he’s kind of hit his breaking point for things he’s willing to accept. He’s had Mirakuru soldiers, the Lazarus Pit, magic, and Damien Darhk, but flying aliens who can incinerate you with their eyes is one beyond the pale for him. He’s keeping his distance, which is a very Oliver thing to do. Even Kara comments, ‘Does he not like me?’ Barry’s like, ‘No, that’s kind of how he treats everybody.’

That about fits with Oliver’s usual Grumpy-Gus, considering even before Flash and Supergirl were confirmed for a musical crossover next year, Stephen Amell wanted no part of it.

We’ll see if Oliver lightens up any in the next few weeks, but which Super-reaction to the Maiden of Might sounds the most fun?
