When you think about comic books and popular franchises, chances are that you'll come across 'X-Men' at some point. Everyone's got their own favorite mutant with cool superpowers, but we're choosing the X-Men's favorite Cajun to feature in the Cosplay of the Day!

There's no doubt that Jack Skellington from Henry Selick's 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' is an immensely popular character. He's even made his way from the big screen to video games, having appeared in the Kingdom Heart series! But thanks to his skeletal character design, it might be a big challenge to those wanting to cosplay him. Well, we found someone who did a mighty fine job.

Nickelodeon's 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' has plenty of fun, goofy characters that always seem to know how to break the tension. Aang, our protagonist, is a young boy who possesses a great sense of humor and a lightheartedness that brings joy to those around him. But when he goes into the Avatar State, you can bet that things are going to get very real.

Fans of anime might recall 'Cowboy Bebop' from Adult Swim's late-night lineup, especially because it was the first anime series they ever aired. If so, then they'd probably also remember its cast of cooler-than-cool characters. Today we've got Spike Spiegel's right-hand man, Jet Black, who happens to be missing an arm. But, hey, at least he's got a rockin' cybernetic arm.

A few of you might remember 'Chip 'n Dale's Rescue Rangers' when it aired on the Disney Channel in the late '80s. Or, if you're a child of the '90s, you might remember it airing during the Disney Afternoon programming block towards the tail-end of the decade. Either way, you probably loved Gadget Hackwrench and her spunky attitude!

Whether you love 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' or hate it, you've got to admit that the show about the BFF ponies has a lot of passionate fans. It's a good thing that a few of them put their passion and energy into crafting some amazing cosplay, modeled after their favorite equine characters.

If you've ever seen 'Avatar: The Last Airbender,' then chances are you're probably a fan of Toph Beifong, the blind earthbender who's a little rough around the edges, despite being from an aristocratic family. If so, then feast your eyes on this spot-on cosplay!

We don't really know what "Prancercise" is, and even after watching this hilarious video of a Thor cosplayer doing it, we're still not sure. But watching the God of Thunder do silly exercises in public is still pretty awesome.

One of our favorite cosplayers is back with his take on the chilly and despicable Ice King from 'Adventure Time.' He might be as cold as ice, but he's definitely warming our hearts.

We believe cosplay to be one of the coolest forms of art out there, especially because it lets fans unleash their creativity while embodying their favorite movie and TV characters. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then cosplay goes one level above it and takes on a life all its own...
