'Veronica Mars' Movie Updates With Plot Points and Who's Not Returning

Ever since the 'Veronica Mars' kickstarter soared passed its $2 Million goal within hours of launching, the film became a fait accompli. Which made it unlikely that creator/writer/director Rob Thomas didn't already have plans for Kristen Bell and the rest of the cast. Now he's revealed some of the details of the upcoming movie.

Given so many cancelled TV series in the last few years, and the flurry of resurgences that see shows like 'Arrested Development' returning from the grave, one name that hasn't gotten much play in recent years is that of a potential movie wrapping up the critically adored P.I. series 'Veronica Mars.'  Series star Kristen Bell certainly hasn't been starved for work since its end, but what does she have to say on the progress of a movie?

While Pixar may get all the animation kudos as the being the best around, don't count out the original Mouse House and what they're still able to bring to the table. 'Tangled' and 'Winnie the Pooh' were bonafide hits for Walt Disney Animation, and 'Wreck-It Ralph' looks to be a sure-fire hit. Now they've got a new film in the works for 2013 that looks to be another cool cartoon.
