Just the other day Prison Break alum Wentworth Miller confirmed that FOX’s proposed revival would likely shoot after Legends of Tomorrow wraps, but consider the Scofield brothers officially back in business. Not only has FOX confirmed production on the revival, we also know how and when the famous escape artists will reunite.

The CW’s Legends of Tomorrow will delight Arrow and Flash fans alike, but at least some scenes will stand out among the January 21 premiere. Case in point, watch White Canary, Captain Cold and Heat Wave get weird in the ‘70s with our first official clip from the “Guardians of the Galaxy meets Doctor Who” series premiere!

Last year saw FOX’s Prison Break joining the great circle of TV revivals, though series leads Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell’s Legend-ary commitments seemed an understandable snag. Now, Purcell and Miller maintain that the revival is still “moving forward,” and may shoot in the spring after Legends of Tomorrow wraps.

As if Barry and Oliver didn’t have enough to come back to in 2016, January 21 will see The CW opening the craziest branch of its DC universe yet with Legends of Tomorrow.
