Sure, to the youngin's, Halloween might be all about costumes and candy; and to the adults, costumes, alcohol and an entirely different type of candy. But to TV fans it always means at least one thing: 'The Simpsons' are coming at us with another "Treehouse of Horror"! This year, Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa and Maggie will take aim with their yearly special at the 'Paranormal Activity' series, as well as the recent scientific advancements with black holes, and even 'Back to the Future'! So before Halloween, why not take a gander at their new poster?

Get ready to be moderately scared this Halloween, when 'The Simpsons' unleashes its 23rd "Treehouse of Horror" special, chock full of the frights and cultural parodies we've come to expect in recent years. Courtesy of TVLine, we have our first look at the October 7 special via the full poster, depicting scenes from all three major stories.

The first installment of "Treehouse of Horror XXIII" will see the young Bouvier family tackling Moe Syzlak as  family demon for a 'Paranormal Activity' parody, while the middle installment (previewed at Comic-Con 2012) will see the results when Springfield plays around with the Higgs-Boson particle just a bit too carelessly.

The episode will also feature a 'Back to the Future' riff where Bart goes back in time with Artie Ziff (Jon Lovitz) and accidentally stops his parents' first kiss, creating infinite variations of his father, while not pictured on the poster is a Mayan doomsday 2012 parody.

Check out the official poster below, and tell us if you'll be tuning in for 'The Simpsons' "Treehouse of Horror" on October 7!
