‘Arrow’ Photos: Will Oliver Accept ‘The Offer’ From Ra’s al Ghul?

Arrow Season 3 took an unexpected swerve with this past Wednesday’s trip to “Nanda Parbat,” but Oliver has until March 18 to consider “The Offer” from Ra’s al Ghul. While we wait, check out the first photos from Oliver’s (latest) return to Starling City, creepy new big bad and all!

The CW’s full complement of photos from March 18 Arrow installment “The Offer” appears to mix in one or two shots from “The Return” (unless Thea and Ollie have another fireside chat), but still offer a few items of note. For one, Nyssa and Laurel appear to wind up in a unique position, while Oliver deals both with a wounded Captain Lance and the appearance of unsettling mute villain Murmur.

Oh, and Roy has a book! Always fun. So says The CW of March 18 outing “The Offer”:

Still weighed down by his last meeting with Ra’s al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable), Oliver (Stephen Amell) returns home to find a new villain and his crew have started terrorizing Starling City - Michael Amar AKA Murmur (guest star Adrian Glynn McMorran), a man whose mouth has been sewn shut.

Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) bond over their issues with their fathers and Nyssa make Laurel an offer. Thea (Willa Holland) is forced to come to terms with her father after Oliver brings Malcom (John Barrowman) to the loft to recover, and Lance (Paul Blackthorne) shuts out both Laurel and the Arrow.
