‘Flash’ Cast Weighs in on ‘Batman v. Superman,’ The Movie That Ignores Them
Just over a week will see gods and men brawl for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, firmly cementing Henry Cavill’s broody Man of Steel and Ben Affleck’s somehow-less-broody Dark Knight as our live-action DC mainstage. The cast of The Flash has their own take on who might win the day, even as the movies summarily refuse to acknowledge their existence.
The CW put together a featurette that sees the cast of The Flash weighing in on which of DC’s heavy-hitters stands the best chance of winning the day, despite a movie title distinctly suggesting they’ll all end up together anyway. Unsurprisingly, the majority of The Flash cast, Grant Gustin included, goes out for the hero with superpowers, but Batman has at least one speedster in his corner.
Of course, we’d be happy to see the favor returned, perhaps Henry Cavill or Ben Affleck weighing in on who won the big battle between Arrow and The Flash, but well … we think Ezra Miller serves as an answer to that question all his own.
In the meantime, both The Flash and Arrow will return from a mini-hiatus next week, trailers of which you can find below, before Batman and Superman slog it out on Friday.
