A new 'Cloud Atlas' trailer is here and it's significantly shorter than the previous trailer (which isn't hard to do considering the last trailer was over 6-minutes long. But while this 'Cloud Atlas' trailer is shorter, it's not any less impressive.

We'd be lying if we said we had any idea what was going on in this 'Cloud Atlas' trailer but damned if it doesn't look amazing. The film has an all-star cast that includes Tom Hanks, Halle Berry, Jim Broadbent, Hugo Weaving, Jim Sturgess, Ben Whishaw, James D'Arcy, Susan Sarandon and Hugh Grant and comes to us from directors Andy and Lana Wachoswki ('The Matrix') and Tom Twyker ('Run Lola Run').

The official synopsis describes the film as follows:

'Cloud Atlas' explores how the actions and consequences of individual lives impact one another throughout the past, the present and the future.  Action, mystery and romance weave dramatically through the story as one soul is shaped from a killer into a hero and a single act of kindness ripples across centuries to inspire a revolution in the distant future.

'Cloud Atlas' hits theaters on October 26th and you can check out the brand new trailer below.
