‘Gotham’ Unleashes the “Rogues’ Gallery” in First 2015 Premiere Photos and Clips

It’s been awhile since we’ve had to debate the pitfalls and the promise of FOX’s ‘Gotham,’ but with the second half of its inaugural (and surely not final) season kicking off in early January, it’s time to shine a pre-Bat-signal on the newest episodes. Head inside Arkham Asylum with the first photos and clips from ‘Gotham’'s 2015 premiere “Rogues’ Gallery,” featuring ‘Firefly’ favorite Morena Baccarin!

When last we left the younger James Gordon of ‘Gotham,’ the future commissioner had antagonized authority one time too many, and subsequently been demoted to guard status at the city’s newly-reopened Arkham Asylum. It’s not all bad, however, as the first photos and clips see Jim meeting the lovely Dr. Leslie Thompkins (Baccarin), along with his old buddy Bullock popping in for a visit.

Meanwhile, Penguin too finds his station reduced under Sal Maroni (David Zayas)’s thumb, and even the littlest ‘Gotham’ tykes of Selina Kyle and Poison Ivy Pepper get in on the action. So says FOX of January 5 ‘Gotham’ return “Rogues’ Gallery”:

DET. GORDON REPORTS TO DUTY AT ARKHAM ON AN ALL-NEW “GOTHAM” MONDAY, JANUARY 5, ON FOX

Det. Gordon’s assignment at Arkham Asylum gets off to a rocky start when the murder of a guard ignites an investigation, leading him to meet Dr. Leslie Thompkins (guest star Morena Baccarin, “Homeland”). Meanwhile, Cobblepot continues to build his army in the all new “Rogues’ Gallery” episode of GOTHAM airing Monday, Jan. 5 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.
