Steven Spielberg and the people at DreamWorks have embraced social media for 'Lincoln,' with a premiere of the full trailer scheduled for this Thursday, September 13, in a "Google Hangout" with Spielberg and star Joseph Gordon-Levitt. To prepare you for this awesome unveiling, we've got a teaser for the trailer that you can watch right now!

For those of you who are as impatient as we are to see the trailer for 'Lincoln,' Steven Spielberg's biopic of our nation's 16th president, DreamWorks has released a sneak peek of the trailer, set to premiere this Thursday. While it's really one of those "teaser for a trailer" things (shakes fist like grandpa yelling about lawn), it does give us a nice look and listen at Daniel Day-Lewis' portrayal of Abraham Lincoln. And it kind of gives us a serious case of the goosebumps.

We get a little bit of a voiceover  and some shots of him from behind before the camera circles around ever-so-slowly and we get a glimpse of the guy in profile -- and we have to tell you, he totally looks just like the guy on our pennies. And we have lots of pennies, so we would know this.

The film co-stars Sally Field, James Spader, Hal Holbrook, and David Strathairn in the story of one of our nation's most important and beloved presidents.
