We don’t yet know if Marvel’s Agent Carter TV experiment will result in a second season for Cap’s best gal, but next Tuesday will bring “Valediction” as Howard Stark returns to the public eye, and Peggy takes on the proto-Black Widow for our first season (hopefully not series) finale. What secrets are hiding in the 30+ photos of Peggy’s final outing? We might have a clue!

Now that the SSR is firmly on Peggy’s side (R.I.P. Dooley), Marvel’s Agent Carter will return Dominic Cooper’s Howard Stark to America’s good graces with an outdoor press conference, which from experience, always goes swimmingly. Peggy, Jarvis and the rest take cover in the many photos from Tuesday’s “Valediction,” Agent Carter later getting a chance to confront Dr. Ivchenko (cough, Faustus) and Dottie, the showdown we’ve all been waiting for.

One particular photo of interest sees Ivchenko getting his hypnosis on against a snowy backdrop, so might the good doctor be showing Peggy what she wants to see? Might a certain snowy cameo cap off our final Agent Carter of the season? So reads Marvel’s official description of Tuesday’s “Valediction”:

“Valediction” - Peggy faces the full fury of Leviathan, as Howard Stark makes his return in the explosive season finale of “Marvel’s Agent Carter,” Tuesday, February 24 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Guest starring are Lyndsy Fonseca as Angie Martinelli, Ralph Brown as Dr. Ivchenko, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Bridget Regan as Dottie Underwood, Walker Roach as “Captain America” Radio Actor, Erin Torpey as “Betty Carver” Radio Actor, Ralph Garman as Radio Announcer, Dajuan Johnson as Officer Pike, Glen Taranto as Detective Prendergast, Kevin Ashworth as Agent Fisher, Patrick Smith as Agent Butch Wallace, Matt Raimo as Reporter #1, Ward Roberts as Reporter #2, John Prosky as Senator Walt Cooper, Gerald Webb as Prison Guard, and Christopher Poehls as Ground Crewman.

You can check out the action for yourself in the photos above, but will “Valediction” prove the best Agent Carter to date? How likely are we to see a second season premiering in 2016?
