Meg Ryan + Max Page — Dead Ringers?

That little "Darth Vader" kid Max Page became one of the cutest kids in America back when his 'Star Wars'-inspired Volkswagen commercial aired during the 2011 Super Bowl. Even now, when the 7-year-old is recovering from heart surgery, all of America still swoons when he shows up dressed in his Vader getup.

Just by looking at Page, it seems fame was always in this kid's blood. Or if not "fame," then at least the same something that's in Meg Ryan. Page could've totally been her long-lost son back in the days of 'You've Got Mail' when plastic surgery was just a faint thought. Though the resemblance is still there, assuming you decide to look past the aging Botox.
