In a game littered with, well, litter, Naughty Dog probably never expected fans to dig through the trash and flyers in The Last of Us to discover potential secrets. This being the internet age, that's exactly what happened, only the secret wasn't supposed to be there, and it's kind of dirty.

According to Kotaku, a flyer in the Pittsburgh area of The Last of Us for pest control contains not one, but two different phone numbers for a sex hotline. "That was an artist's mistake," creative director Neil Druckman told the site. "What happened was, they put some phone numbers in the game and then they thought they could just change the area code to 555, then it's invalid because it's what they do in movies. But I guess that doesn't work when you have a 1-800 in front of it."

Naughty Dog is working to take the numbers out, and promised it was an "honest mistake." Still, we feel bad for any would-be secret sleuths who now have some auspicious charges on their phone bills.
