New Grand Theft Auto 5 Screens Celebrate Life in the Fast Lane

Rockstar Games may not be at E3 (it never goes to the show), but that doesn't mean the developer can't share some new images from its upcoming sequel, Grand Theft Auto 5.

At this point, there's very little Rockstar has to do to convince us GTA5 is going to be a must-buy game in 2013. That said, the new images are impressive as any the developer has released previously. Even if you aren't the biggest fan of Rockstar's games, you can't deny the company's ability to put together some absolutely gorgeous screenshots.

On display in these new images, we've got some high-flying, some open-water action, a few cops, and plenty of guns. We're dying to see how this massive new world comes together when Grand Theft Auto 5 releases on Sep. 17.
