In a bit of clever Jedi mind-trick-thinking, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers last night to promote Sisters…using Star Wars toys. Fey and Poehler’s new comedy has the unfortunate timing of opening the same weekend as The Force Awakens, but rather than bemoan their luck, the duo have fully embraced it, from satirizing J.J. Abrams’ behind-the-scenes featurette to telling everyone who asks that they’re totally not worried about it.

And they have a point: if you love Tina Fey and Amy Poehler (who doesn’t? Get out), then you’ll make time to see Sisters this weekend or sometime in the next week. This isn’t an either / or scenario — you can see both movies.

Anyway, the pair appeared with co-stars Ike Barinholtz, Rachel Dratch and Maya Rudolph, along with screenwriter and SNL vet Perla Pell to try and promote their new comedy using Star Wars action figures. Barinholtz does a really, really good Adam Driver impression, using a Kylo Ren figure to ask, “Why would you go see a movie with the guy from Girls when you can see a movie with the guy from The Mindy Project?” Fair point, but Barinholtz also incorrectly identifies Kylo Ren as a Sith Lord, and oh, okay, I’ll just stop being so nerdy now.

And although Fey has often declared her love for Star Wars, her work-wife Amy Poehler makes it very clear that she feels the opposite: “I don’t care about Star Wars! I never f—ing did!”

Consider this gift of laughter your reminder that Sisters also hits theaters this weekend and you should make time to see it. Or don’t. Amy Poehler doesn’t care what you do.
