Despite the fact that Maroon 5 already appeared as musical guest this season alongside 'The Avengers' star Jeremy Renner, Adam Levine himself appearing in digital short "The Stand Off," 'The Voice' coach and lead singer will once again grace the 'Saturday Night Live' stage this weekend as a host. Joining Levine for the outing will be musical guest Kendrick Lamar, but do the latest promos have us convinced Adam Levine is up to the task? Preview this weekend's all-new 'SNL' inside!

While 'The Hunger Games' star Jennifer Lawrence gave us an entertaining distraction this past Saturday, the coming weekend will see 'SNL' continuing its trend of tapping musical guest stars as hosts, the latest being Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. NBC has released the first batch of promos for this Saturday's all-new episode, where Levine and 'SNL' star Bobby Moynihan (Drunk Uncle) play up Levine's gig hosting fellow NBC series 'The Voice.'

Levine won't perform musically in any capacity we're yet aware of, though rapper Kendrick Lamar will take the stage as the evening's musical guest. So what can we expect from Levine, other than 'The Voice' parodies? Will there be 'American Horror Story: Asylum' riffs? Will the other members of Maroon 5 drop by to express their bitterness at being left out?

Check out the promos for Adam Levine's 'SNL' hosting gig this Saturday, and give us your predictions in the comments!
