Another trailer for The Evil Within, the next survival horror game from Shinji Mikami, was unveiled at SCE Japan Conference 2013. We get to see a little more of Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his ordeal in the asylum.

The trailer seems to include a lot of footage from the Prologue video that was leaked last week and has since been taken down. In it, we see Sebastian arrive at the asylum to a scene of carnage, only to find that there's no blood nor empty bullet casings in the area.

When he goes deeper into the asylum, he witnesses a mysterious figure on the security monitors that somehow appears right behind him, knock him out. When he wakes, it's to an asylum filled with blood, strange creatures and darkness. In typical Mikami style, everything looks like nightmare fuel and will cause some gamers to purchase nightlights in bulk.

Watch the trailer above and look out for The Evil Within when it's released on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One in 2014.
