‘The Venture Bros.’ Season 6 Sets 2016 Adult Swim Premiere

Any fan of The Venture Bros. knows how torturous the wait in between seasons can be (there have only been five total since 2004), and while “All This and Gargantua-2” helped stoke the fires, at last Rusty, Dean, Hank and Brock have an official return. The Venture Bros. Season 6 will officially bow in February of 2016.

Series creators Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick confirmed at the Dragon Con panel (having skipped Comic-Con this past year) that The Venture Bros. Season 6 would formally premiere on February 7, 2016. The duo also showed off a new trailer for the season, though sadly one that hasn’t made its way online (officially) yet.

If nothing else, we still have the epilogue from 2014 hour-long special “All This and Gargantua-2,” which seemingly teased a shift to New York after - Spoiler alert! - the destruction of the Venture compound, and Jonas Venture Jr.’s posthumous bequeathment of the Venture empire and its new headquarters to Rusty.

We’ll surely learn more from New York Comic-Con next month, but in the meantime, prepare for The Venture Bros. to make their glorious Season 6 return in February of 2016. So what if Season 5 aired its last episode in 2013?
