'Fast and Furious 6' hasn't even hit theaters, but rumors about 'Fast and Furious 7' have already been spreading across the internet. If the early buzz is to be believed, the ending of the upcoming follow-up to 'Fast Five' will directly tease the villain of the next entry...which may begin filming sooner than you think.

On his Facebook page, franchise star Vin Diesel got a little sentimental, recounting a recent test screening of 'Fast and Furious 6,' talking about how time flies and that the next film in the increasingly popular franchise is looking to go before cameras this summer:

There was an early screening in LA this week of Fast 6. The crowd reaction was surreal... and their demand for the continuation was powerful...

It's remarkable to think I first embodied this character in 1999... and the evolution continues.

P.s. Filming begins this summer in LA, where it all started... talk about a studio in sync with the audience...

If Diesel actually knows what's going on behind the scenes (and since his name is listed first in the credits, we think he knows a thing or two), that means we'll be getting 'Fast and Furious 7' about a year after the arrival of 'Fast and Furious 6.' Talk about a quick turnaround time -- Universal looks like they're ready to pump one of these things once a year until they stop making money...which may be never.

'Fast and Furious 6' arrives on May 24th. When it make a ton of money on its opening weekend, expect the announcement of part seven to come soon after.
