X-Men: Apocalypse doesn’t hit theaters until May 27, but the first reviews will arrive on the evening of May 9, showcasing a fair amount of confidence from Fox — particularly with Civil War arriving this weekend. While we wait for the first reactions from critics to trickle in, Jennifer Lawrence has released a new clip from Bryan Singer’s upcoming sequel, featuring Kodi Smit-McPhee’s Nightcrawler and Ben Hardy’s Angel battling it out in a cage match.

The mutant fight club in Berlin has been previously teased in various photos and promos, but this new sneak peek gives us a taste of this portion of the story in action:

As you can see, it doesn’t look like Nightcrawler is interested in fighting Angel, who appears to be somewhat of a pro at this whole mutant fight club thing. Lawrence’s Raven / Mystique is also featured in the scene, attempting to put a stop to the cage match and showing off her foreign language skills. Another recent photo from the Berlin portion of X-Men: Apocalypse teased the return of Blob, who previously appeared on the big screen in the best-forgotten X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

In addition to Nightcrawler and Angel, X-Men: Apocalypse features Sophie Turner as Jean Grey, Tye Sheridan as Scott Summers, Olivia Munn as Psylocke, Alexandra Shipp as Storm and Oscar Isaac as the titular villain.
