An ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ Promo That Actually Shows Characters?

Well, almost.  While we're reasonably sure that the next logical step is to develop a drinking game around the daily 'American Horror Story: Asylum' teasers that infect our unconscious minds without actually showcasing any real footage, another has arrived all the same.  Usually we have to freeze frame to find any actual figures within the teaser, but the latest offers us an actual look at some of the patients within the walls!  Is it anyone we know, or have we been duped again?

Because yet another day has passed, we can set our watches to the notion that another 'American Horror Story: Asylum' teaser has arrived.  The daily question remains however, are we any closer to learning new details of the series' sophomore effort, or is the latest teaser another spooky art-house film gone mad?

While not terribly revealing, we're at least given  to see several patients of the asylum, littered around a spiral staircase as a nun climbs, the stairs seemingly shuddering in her presence.  We slowed it down enough to see that the nun isn't any of the recognizable characters, at least not one we know of yet.

Apart from the veterans Lily Rabe, Jessica Lange, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson and Frances Conoy, ‘American Horror Story: Asylum’ adds new series stars Franka Potente, ‘The Voice‘ judge and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, ‘Step Up’s Jenna Dewan,‘Carnivale’ star Clea DuVall, ‘Americanized ‘Skins’ star Britne Oldford, ‘Big Love’s Chloe Sevigny, French actress Lizzie Brochere, Joseph Fiennes and James Cromwell.
