A good man once said that "waiting is the hardest part," but we bet you that man didn't have to wait a full seven years for new episodes of 'Arrested Development!'  But if there's one thing that makes the waiting feel less like having a Segway roll over us, it's knowing when it will all be over.  Thank G.O.B. that our suffering is finally at an end, as Netflix's 'Arrested Development' season 4 has finally announced its premiere!  But when will the banana stand re-open for business?

Break out the vodka, and be sure to drink it all so it doesn't go bad, now that Huffpost TV has confirmed through Netflix that 'Arrested Development' season 4 will debut in the spring of 2013!  Of course, the rental/streaming service couldn't be more specific than that, but it's still a clearer endpoint to our suffering than "2013."

And while the rumor that emerged yesterday from David Cross' interview with Rolling Stone, claiming the 10-episode order would blossom into a 13-episode season hasn't yet been confirmed, the same Netflix source did say 'Arrested Development' would release "at least" 10 episodes in the spring!  As we've previously mentioned, Netflix will release all of 'Arrested Development' season 4 at once, however many episodes it ends up being.

While we're still not sure about the supposed shift into a central-character-per-episode format, the last few weeks have been abundant with good news for 'Arrested Development' fans.  Set pics revealed that the 'Workaholics' guys would put in guest appearances (as original characters), while ‘Mad Men's' John Slattery was reported to join the series in an unspecified role.

However many episodes, the new season of ‘Arrested Development’ is still seen as a potential bridge toward an eventual movie, as teased in the show’s own season 3 finale, though it’s possible that series creator Mitch Hurwitz will continue the series in its episodic Netflix format should the reunion prove successful.

What say you?  Are you more excited for 'Arrested Development' season 4 now that it's confirmed to arrive in the spring of 2013?  What are your expectations for the new episodes?  Tell us what you'd like to see the Bluth family up to in the comments!
