Just like The Flash before him, Oliver Queen made a special appearance at New York Comic-Con 2015 in the form of a brand new Arrow Season 4 sizzle reel. There’s more of the deadly Damien Darhk, Echo Kellum’s Mr. Terrific, Legends teases, and best of all, a Canary-on-resurrected-Canary teamup!

In addition to incorporating footage from the premiere, our latest look at Arrow Season 4 threw out its own share of Legends of Tomorrow teaser, including our first look at an Atom-ized Ray Palmer and a post-resurrection Canary. Yes, it seems Sara Lance will return to her black duds before suiting up as the White Canary, teaming up with her sister and the similarly Lazarus-affected Speedy.

In the meantime, so reads the synopsis for this Wednesday’s Arrow installment “The Candidate”:

When an old family friend, Jessica Danforth (guest star Jeri Ryan), tells Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Thea (Willa Holland) that she is going to run for mayor, both Queens are concerned considering the last three mayors have been murdered. Despite their protests, Jessica makes her announcement so the Green Arrow and Speedy vow to protect her.

Meanwhile, Thea begins to exhibit effects from the Lazarus Pit. In addition, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) is faced with a tough business decision and looks to one of her employees, Curtis Holt (guest star Echo Kellum), for help.
