FOX’s ‘Gotham’ Preview: “The Balloonman” Gives the City its First Vigilante

Say what you will about FOX's 'Gotham' doing its best as a series without Batman, but that doesn't mean we won't meet some of the city's earlier vigilantes in Jim Gordon's quest to clean up the town. Case in point, take a look at the full set of photos from next Monday's latest 'Gotham' installment "The Balloonman!"

Granted, the titular criminal might have chosen a less easily-ridiculed moniker or M.O. for himself, but when a mysterious figure starts taking out 'Gotham''s corrupt, Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Bullock (Donal Logue) are forced to step in. Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Taylor) continues his return ascent by clawing his way back to 'Gotham,' and making some less-than-savory allies along the way.

Detectives Gordon and Bullock track down a vigilante who is killing corrupt Gotham citizens by attaching them to weather balloons. Meanwhile, Oswald Cobblepot returns to Gotham and gets a new job close to an influential figure in the underworld.
