At ten episodes a year, HBO's 'Game of Thrones' might be one of the more difficult TV series to wait for, especially given how tensely season 2 finale "Valar Morgulis" ended.  Sure, we could read the books for solid intel on where the story's headed, but who wants to read?  Thankfully, the latest set pictures from all the way in Morocco give us a clue of what the typically shortchanged Daenerys Targaryen is up to, but who from the first season is returning that we hadn't seen yet?

It's amazing to look at the production value of any given 'Game of Thrones' set, even from mere photographs.  And let's not forget how well the series tends to augment existing sets with CGI!  But for now, photographers Mohamed Amine Lakaab and Juego de Tronos have given us some excellent spy shots from the season 3 set, which highlight the lovely Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) shooting scenes to be set in the beautiful city of Qarth.

Curious though, as Blastr points out, is why Ser Meryn Trant (Ian Beattie) is seen in the pictures, but it's theorized that the Morrocco set might double for certain parts of Kings' Landing as well.  The background of one of the shots also includes Ser Barristan Selmy (Ian McElhinney), absent for all of the second season, as well as Nathalie Emmanuel playing Missande.

Check out the photos below, and tell us what you're most excited to see from 'Game of Thrones' season 3 in the comments!
