The Girl on the Train’s casting is chugging along (sorry) quite nicely. Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation breakout Rebecca Ferguson recently joined Emily Blunt and Haley Bennett in the adaptation of the thriller novel from director Tate Taylor (The Help), rounding out the awesome cast of women. And now the DreamWorks production has its eye on a couple of men, with Jared Leto and Chris Evans circling leading roles in the upcoming film.

Variety reports that DreamWorks is eyeing two male prospects to join Blunt, Ferguson and Bennett, with Leto and Evans in “early talks” to co-star in The Girl on the Train. Both actors are involved in major upcoming comic book projects, with Leto starring as The Joker in Suicide Squad, and Evans reprising his role as Captain America in Captain America: Civil War.

Based on Paula Hawkins’ best-selling novel, The Girl on the Train centers on a recently-divorced woman (Blunt) who takes the train to work and spends her commute imagining the life of the seemingly perfect couple in the seemingly perfect house she passes every day. As the story progresses, Blunt’s character finds herself increasingly obsessed and involved with the couple’s life. Leto would play the husband of Bennett’s character, while Evans would play husband to Ferguson’s character.
