Half of the ‘Justice League’ Stares at Something Really Important in a New Image
Comic Con is coming, and like the shockwave that hits right before the tsunami, Entertainment Weekly has been debuting a slew of new images and interviews from our favorite blockbuster heroes all week. Not to be outdone, Justice League has released a new image of half of the team of heroes staring at something… very… intensely.
EW talked to one of the movie’s stars, Ezra Miller, who’ll be playing the cinematic version of the Flash, and who sounds like he’s going to be the most fun member of the team.
He’s this really endearing, altruistic nerd. He’s the 13-year-old Metallica fan, and Metallica says, ‘We lost our drummer in a freak accident. We need you to play drums, bro!’ I don’t even have drumsticks!
Take a gander at the new image of the Flash, Wonder Woman, and Bats below:
What are they staring at? Who knows? Is it Steppenwolf? Aquaman? Cyborg? Superman back from the dead? The frustrating thing about all these image debuts is that they always manage to pick the ones that give you no clue what’s going on in the scene. Batman’s costume looks pretty neat though — they’re clearly going for a more classic look here with the cowl, the cape, and a blockier bat-symbol. Gotta love those painstakingly articulated abs, too. At least there aren’t any bat-nips.
Justice League opens in theaters November 17.
