‘Shameless’ Season 5 Trailer: “Organic Beans and Lesbians Mark the Beginning of the End!”

Though only October, 2015 will soon be upon us, and with it the return of Showtime Sunday favorites like 'House of Lies' and 'Shameless.' And where the latter skewed a bit darker in season 4 (despite moving to the comedy section for Emmy purposes), the first full trailer for 'Shameless' season 5 sees Fiona and the Gallaghers returning to their destructive ways, with a few new (and returning) faces plenty visible.

Despite a season that saw Fiona (Emmy Rossum) taking a brief stint in jail, the Gallaghers looks to be in all kinds of trouble when season 5 picks up in January, particularly fighting the neighborhood's gentrification. And where season 4 ended on the shocking return of Justin Chatwin's Jimmy Steve Jack, the character is only alluded to by the trailer, as Fiona races into traffic to chase down the familiar-looking man.

In addition to Dermot Mulroney's role as Fiona's new boss, 'Shameless' season 5 will also feature 'Rizzoli & Isles star Sasha Alexander as one of Lip's college professors, along with 'Home and Away' star Axle Whitehead, and 'Rake' alum Bojana Novakovic.
