The latest, and longest, trailer for Ridley Scott's 'The Counselor' has arrived, bringing with it even more intrigue, deviance and murder. It sure helps that it has the sexiest cast of this (or any other) year, because this movie looks like a nasty piece of business. In a very good way.

The new trailer expands on the film's story: Michael Fassbender plays a lawyer who tempts fate when he takes part in a drug smuggling scam along with shady characters Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem. As can be expected, things to not go according to plan, and Fassbender's character finds himself hunted by some very bad men. Heads are chopped off, bullets are sprayed, cars are smashed; we're betting the ultimate message of this tale is "crime doesn't pay."

Everybody looks fantastic in this, from the leading men to the seductive women, played by Penelope Cruz (as Fassbender's fiancé) and Cameron Diaz (as a slinky femme fatale). You'll also catch glimpses of John Leguizamo and 'Breaking Bad' star Dean Norris, further establishing this as an ensemble to truly be reckoned with.

Written by 'No Country for Old Men' and 'The Road' author Cormac McCarthy, 'The Counselor' opens on October 25.
