We still can’t quite believe that this Venom movie is real. With a cast that includes Michelle Williams and Jenny Slate, the Spider-Man spinoff (sort of?) features Tom Hardy as the eponymous villain — though in this version, which takes inspiration from his solo comic arcs, he’ll be more of an anti-hero. Just in case you, like us, cannot believe this is an actual, honest-to-goodness movie that is being released in theaters nationwide, Sony has unveiled the first teaser poster. Oh, and it looks like they’re dropping the first trailer tomorrow.

The poster, revealed on Twitter, doesn’t tell us much we don’t already know — not that we know a whole lot about Venom, aside from the fact that it stars face mask aficionado Tom Hardy in the title role.

The poster was accompanied by the simple caption “Tomorrow,” which — if my math is correct — means that Sony is premiering the first trailer tomorrow.

Hardy will play Eddie Brock in the film, which also stars Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate and Riz Ahmed. There have been some conflicting reports over the past year regarding Venom, which may or may not be set in the same universe as Spider-Man: Homecoming —and though it’s hard to imagine that Marvel’s deal with Sony would allow for Spidey to appear in non-Marvel-sanctioned films, a recent rumor claims that Tom Holland is making an appearance in Venom. (Maybe the way Sony gets around this is by having him appear as Peter Parker, not Spidey.)

Venom hits theaters on October 5.
