One might not find it so easy to connect Matt LeBlanc to marijuana (okay, we're ignoring a REALLY obvious joke there), but leave it to Showtime to do the work for us!  With both hit comedies 'Episodes' and 'Weeds' set to roll up their brand new seasons on the pay cable network this summer, it's high time we got down to business with some actual footage!

The latest look at season 2 of 'Episodes,' debuting Sunday July 1 on Showtime,  appropriately focuses on the man himself, Matt LeBlanc as Matt LeBlanc, and can't escape mentioning his big...Golden Globe win!  Yes, Matt LeBlanc has won an award for being himself.

For those who don't remember, 'Episodes' picks up four months after its season 1 finale with Sean (Stephen Mangan) and Beverly (Tamsin Greig) no longer living together, while forced into an awkward working relationship with Matt, as ‘Pucks!’ goes to full-blown series. Beverly struggles to save her marriage while Matt tries to keep his “bromance” with Sean, as all of them work to save ‘Pucks!’ when its ratings start to plummet.

But that's not all!  We've also got a freshly-grown look at 'Weeds' season 8, which will still not offering any new footage plays around with the question of just who might have pulled the trigger at the end of last season.  And for those with a few THC-related memory problems, 'Weeds' picked up last season by taking us three years past the sixth season to the end of Nancy’s prison term, where she re-launched her business in New York City and fought for custody of her son from her sister (Jennifer Jason Leigh). Details on the forthcoming season are light, but season 7 ending with a literal bang sure blows a bit of smoke on what state we'll find Nancy in on July 1.

You can check out the first of thirteen new half-hours for season 8 of ‘Weeds’, as well as the first of nine half-hours for season 2 of ‘Episodes’ this summer, July 1 at 10:00 and 10:30 p.m. on Showtime, but in the meantime check out the brand new teasers!
