Five seasons in, American Horror Story: Hotel has become something of a nexus point for the series, dipping back through multiple seasons and seemingly unifying some core characters. Now, it seems one of the Hotel residents will return for the finale as their Season 1 Murder House counterpart, and might raise a few eyebrows along the way.

Per Entertainment Weekly, where we’ve enjoyed franchise veteran Sarah Paulson’s Hypodermic Sally through the majority of her Hotel stay, it seems the Season 5 finale will again have the actress pulling double duty. No, not Bette and Dot, mind you, but rather Paulson will reprise her Season 1 role as supposed psychic Billie Dean Howard.

Just as we saw Season 1's Marcy (Christine Estabrook) a little further along professionally than we’d remembered, Billie will have undergone an upgrade in the intervening years:

In the finale, we’ll learn that Billie Dean has her own reality series focusing on her psychic abilities and comes to the Cortez thinking it would be prime setting for an episode.

Hotel has already dropped by the Murder House once in flashback but where Paulson’s Season 1 character proved integral to foreshadowing Asylum, can we expect the character to bring with her clues to Season 6? We’ll have to wait until 2016 to know for sure, but in the meantime, Hotel will resume tonight with “She Wants Revenge.”
