FX Releases New Promos for Summer Slate

June is finally upon us, meaning that cable rolls out its summer slate while the network giants slumber, or roll out some insane reality shows, or what have you.  As for FX, this summer will not only see the second season of 'Wilfred' and the third season of 'Louie,' but also see the debut of Charlie Sheen's post-'Two and a Half Men' vehicle 'Anger Management' and FX's first late night foray 'Brand X with Russell Brand.'  How would you like a sneak peek?

Why wait until June 28 for the debut of all four, when FX has released the official revised promos for its entire summer slate?  First up is a gross look at Elijah Wood and Jason Ganz getting a little too close for the second season of 'Wilfred, which will feature guest appearances from former 'Smallville' actress Allison Mack, as well as an appearance by Robin Williams.  'Wilfred' premieres Thursday June 28 at 10:00 p.m.

Next up is beloved train-wreck Charlie Sheen doing what he does best in a grim promo for the upcoming 'Anger Management,' very loosely based off the 2003 film.  'Anger Management' will debut with two episodes in the 9:00 p.m. slot.

Third is the classically understated promo for the third season of 'Louie,' which we've previously suggested might just contain an appearance from a certain comedian obsessed with the minutiae of airline peanuts...premiering after 'Wilfred' at 10:30 p.m.

Finally, we have FX's oddball experiment with giving UK funnyman Russell Brand his own late-night series, which is sure to be good for some unintelligible witty mumblings, premiering last at 11:00 p.m.
